On the premise of making full use of the strong sound absorption ability of polyester fiber, wooden strips are nailed on the polyester fiberboard to enhance the three-dimensional sense of the product and play a decorative role. The wooden strips are available in two styles: straight strips and curved strips. The material of the wooden strips can be MDF (density board) or WPC (wood plastic). The surface can be affixed with melamine wood grain paper, technological veneer, natural veneer, or PVC. The membrane material has a variety of colors and textures to meet the needs of customers with different aesthetic perspectives. |
Specifications:
The width of the sound-absorbing panel is 600mm, the thickness is 21mm, and the length is 2400mm, 2700mm and 3000mm. If the quantity is considerable, we can customize the size for you.
Surface treatment:
The surface can be pasted with PVC wood grain film, technical veneer, or natural veneer, and you can choose to apply it on one side or three sides.
Improve:The traditional wooden sound-absorbing board is made of MDF, and we have launched wood plastic (WPC) on this basis. Compared with MDF, WPC is more environmentally friendly, moisture-proof, fire-proof, mildew-proof, and insect-proof when used indoors.
Transportation:Wooden sound-absorbing panels made of WPC are used for lighter weight and are more convenient for transportation.
